On the third Thursday of every month, we support the Sisters of Poor Jesus Christ in their Street Ministry, distributing meals to those in need on the streets of our community.

Parishioners generously donate time and food items to assemble lunch bags in the basement hall of St. Stanislaus, which is the church directly next door to St. Ann’s. Next, those with availability follow the Sisters downtown and assist with distributing the lunch bags.

This is a unique opportunity to not only do a good deed, but also to get to know some of the homeless in the city of Hamilton and to share the love of Christ with them.

Our next Street Ministry with the sisters will be on Thursday, October 24th, beginning at 10:00 AM.

The sisters usually finish up downtown between Noon and 1:00 PM.

If you’re interested in joining us, simply come and meet us at the St. Stanislaus church basement hall! The hall can be accessed from doors at ground level on the Northeast side of the building.
